very important to them.
Each
and every village where we offer family properties has both
kindergarten and primary schools within a short distance,
usually walking distance. In some cases the secondary school
will be in a neighboring village but free bus service is offered
from a central point in your village.
It's a fact that British schools are getting more violent. Rest
assured that aggressive behavior, bullying and gangs have a zero
tolerance level in the Spanish education
system.
For the retired couple this region offers the
ideal setting: peace and quiet surrounded by some of the most
incredible scenery in southern Spain. You'll know you're at home
when a neighbor knocks on your door and presents you with a freshly
made tasty stew or soup or just to say hello and welcome you to
the neighbourhood!
Many of our retired customers have told
us that they feel like they've been transported back 40 years
to a better time and place when England was an open door society.
One thing you'll notice right away about these authentic Spanish
villages is that you'll never see an alarm box on any of the houses.

The Junta de Andalucia finally passed a new law which will take away for up to five years the planning decisions from local Town Halls in the case of irregularities. Plans have also been announced to build a new motorway to link all of Andalucia in the next 3 years.
